Holly has become the third female in history to have been married. Holly's first marriage was with the actor Danny Quinn. A year after they got married, in 1993, they split up. She was introduced to Jim Carrey in 1994 during the auditions for Ace Ventura Pet Detective. She did not get offered the role, however Jim and she developed a bond while working together during the production in Dumb and Dumber. In 1996 they were married. Their wedding lasted less than a month, before they split up in the year 1997. The year 2001 saw Holly got married to Francis Greco. A Canadian born investor banker. As she married Greco the following year, she obtained Canadian citizenship. In 2014, the couple separated. Holly as well as her three kids live with her three children in Oakville Ontario Canada. Holly and her family which includes her father Grant and her mother, established the A Fund, at Hobart College as well as William Smith Colleges, in 1992 in memory of her brother Alexander. She travelled across the country to Orlando, Florida, when she was 10 to participate with the American Model and Talent Competition. It was won by Alaina, who beat 1,500 other kids. Alaina was part of the Georgia Country Gospel Music Association Children's Choir. Alaina was first in Nashville at age 12. She also performed in local bars like Tootsie's in Broadway. Alaina was the first winner of Lake Winnepesaukah's WinniSTAR Youth Talent Contest in 2009. She wrote and performed various songs, such as Leaving the House, and set Me Free, as well. Alaina was inspired to perform from Holly Witherow. Holly was being treated for a brain tumor. Alaina was a Pizza Hut employee before she joined Idol. She graduated from Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe Senior High School located within Fort Oglethorpe Georgia.
